KHAZIQ & SONS — RETAILER AGREEMENT

1. MINIMUM ORDER: Karachi-based retailers — no minimum order quantity. Outstation retailers (outside Karachi) — minimum 100 (one hundred) wheelbarrows per order. For other products, contact us for minimum quantity.

2. PRICING CONFIDENTIALITY: Wholesale rates are strictly confidential.

3. PAYMENT: 100% advance payment on all orders.

4. BRAND PROTECTION: Branding may only be used with written permission.

5. PRICE MAINTENANCE: Retailer shall not sell below agreed retail prices.

6. TERMINATION: Retailership may be terminated upon breach or fraud.

7. LEGAL: All disputes resolved through arbitration in Karachi under Pakistani law.

8. VERIFICATION: False information results in termination and legal action.
